FINAL REFLECTION
What have I learnt in this module?
Design principles are the keys to a great design. The application of these principles helps artwork to maintain a good look and keep them interesting. I was also introduced to visual analysis which taught me to not only look at how nice an artwork looks but the elements, principles and meanings put into it.

What did I enjoy the most?
Applying the design principles into the artwork. It made me realize how much of a difference it made in my work.

What did I not enjoy the most?
Some parts of the module information booklet didn't have clearly stated requirements for the task. In task 2, a lot of us were confused whether to edit the chosen artwork or make entirely new sketches.

What have I learnt about myself through this module?
I lean a lot towards using emphasis and contrast in my work. I'm also getting better at colouring digitally.
What has changed and what has not in my learning journey?
I'm trying to transition from traditional to digital media. While I still largely prefer drawing with pencil and paper, I feel that it wouldn't hurt to practice digitally as well. Other than that, my drive to learn artistically is still the same.

What are my aspirations?
I aspire to improve my art style to make higher quality works. I also hope to learn how to make more narrative and emotionally driven work.
